Referees Info
It is the goal of Washington County Youth Soccer Association to ensure that soccer games are adequately supplied with a maximum number of qualified referees. It is also to ensure that the referees are fairly compensated for their efforts.
In order to do so, the referee of the game must have a referee match report that will be supplied by the league. This report will need to be filled out accordingly and signed by at least one of the coaches of the teams at each game. Afterwards, the referee will place the match report in the assigned drop box labeled WCYSA, located on the concession stand. This box will be emptied weekly. This information will be maintained and forwarded to the treasurer at the end of the season, so that checks can be processed and distributed in a timely manner. All referees should supply the Association with their name, current address and phone number so that payments can be made. It is the responsibility of the referee to complete the above process. Failure to complete and turn in a signed report will result in the possibility of not being compensated. Therefore, it is imperative that all referees intending to receive compensation follow this process.
Any questions or comments regarding this process for reimbursement can be sent to info@washcosoccer.com
